I think one of my fondest Pokemon anime memories was watching the Rayquaza vs Deoxys fight from the anime movie. It was one of the most brilliantly choreographed sequences for Pokemon which culminates in Deoxys eating a face full of Hyperbeam at point blank range. The fight was 
Really showcases the power of Rayquaza and also how adaptable the Pokemon is when fighting an intelligent alien of unknown origins.

When generations came out, I loved this episode’s rendition of the delta episode. Both rayquaza AND DEOXYS got to shine
