Since its not traditionally accepted to be a stated popular choice (outside of some unamed forum members),
Lopunny now has a male form that shows up 90% of the time. This would probably be disastrous in hindsight and lead to some kind of queen female lopunny form but no take backs

I’ve always disliked the fact they changed Heracross’s shiny colour to light purple, original dark purple was so much better.
Another option that´s been going through my head is to give it metallic green colour that shiny Scizor has ( in exchange Scizor becomes dark blue ), in summertime one of the coolest bugs I can see is rose chafer and that’s the main inspiration for this switcheroo.

The event Spiky-eared Pichu from HGSS is forever stuck in those game cartridges and can never be moved. Unable to be traded onto any other game or even into Pokemon Bank/Home is a sad state as there is no other sprite for it outside HGSS.
I would make this change for her so that she would exist in future games.

Kubutops would be 4’11. I really like this Pokemon and Everytime I go through my 4’11 collection feel it should be there!

make unown able to evolve by combining in a similar way as dugtrio or magnemite, but its cooler because they could spell stuff or something. I have no fleshed this idea out, but unown were abandoned like most gen 2 stuff, half baked. RIP GS ball.
Edit: do unown know how to spell? Are they aware that they are shaped like letters? They have to have some lore expansion. I feel like they could totally be a bridge to help pokemon communicate with humans. Lets ignore meowth as if he was not canon or has some sort of hyperdeveloped language center in his brain and is a genetic anomaly or something. This could be cool. Or perhaps unown do not follow normal physics, and they use their psychic powers to cast upon the viewer whatever they need to see in order for the viewer to understand what another person or pokemon is saying, thinking or feeling. They could have been a translation aspect, but only in certain places of power, like the ruins of alph. Okay now I’m just off in la-la land trying to make up some custom lore for a rom hack at this point.

Castform now has a sandstorm form that is rock or ground type. Weather ball already becomes a rock type move in sand, so this is a logical evolution.

I’ll answer botv questions presented in this thread. I would love to see an old and classic beetle bug in heracross style with horn and everything, would perfectly fit the theme!
And about horns for the second question, could they get rid of the chin horn of mega aerodactyl and for example replace it with two miniatyre horns similar to the ones on its head? The one big horn is a bit too much

This is something that always bothered me: seeing a rather useless pokemon stuck with no evolution line, no purpose and -honestly- with a pitiful design.
I would just merge these two obnoxious creatures in a somewhat coherent line, which makes so much sense to me.

Cuz I’ve always wondered which truly is more popular, and if anyone else puts this much thought into it:
“Ghif” or “Jif”? You know the creator says it’s “J-if” like the peanut butter, but It is a “g-raphics” file, not a “j-uraphics” file…

Can you relate the question to pokemon? Its not a requirement but its usually more fun that way.
Im not sure what the rules will be… im making the questions currently because they come to mind easily but im sure we will switch things up. There is 356 more qotd to go this year with a potential for even more if people havent blocked or filtered it by then. Lots of time for everyone to have some fun sharing those deep questions that keep you up at night.
