Question about booster box shrink warp seal

Hi all,

I’m getting into buying booster boxes and want some info regarding the seal on a box. Is it normal for boxes to have a seal on the top as pictured below? I usually see them on the bottom so I want to know if this is something I should look out for.

Based on my boxes I would say it’s not normal, but I don’t have too many so not 100% sure.

It’s seems uncommon but nothing to worry about if no other red flags with the box.

I would say it’s definitely uncommon but not impossible that it would be wrapped upside down. Most boxes from Sun & Moon have the seam on the bottom if I remember correctly.

But if you are worried about it, I would recommend buying a different box from a reputable seller, even if you have to pay a little more for the added confidence.

Not that unusual for Sun & Moon, at least in my experience. I had a few with the seal on top, which I bought direct from LGS’s. No issues with the ones I opened or sold later (surprisingly).

Not a problem. Although rare, they may come like this.
