Helpful Considerations: Something exotic like alolan exeggcutor palm frond? Gorebyss roe? Shaved slowpoke tail? Gholdengo-leaf foil?

Octillery would make the best garnish. So many tentacles that it can probably make something very intricate with amazing detail.

I would just train my bulbasaur that his razor leaf would use baby spinach and make perfectly shaped garnish of that
