Did you see the $129,000 USD Lugia Neo Genesis 1st ED Sale Price?

What are your thoughts on this? legitimate?

Would you rather have 1 PSA 10 1st ed neo lugia or for the endig price of the PSA 9, have 21 copies in PSA 9 mint condition? Don’t think i’ve ever seen such a large disparity in price between 10 and 9.
