Has anyone from Europe send in cards to Fanatics lately? Do they accept mail from Europe again?
They didn’t ever stop. I sent a package from Spain two weeks ago, all graded and up for sale already

im curious, do you get charged after the cards are graded? Or do they just take the grading fee out of your payout? Ie you sell 1k worth of cards but the grading was 500 so you just get a $500 payout?
You should get a separate invoice after grading is complete

You get an invoice after they are graded and you have to pay it before you can even see your grades/list them/ship them

if you just go to your vault they will already be there and you can see the scans, you just can’t do anything with them until you pay.

That has not been my experience and I’ve done a lot of these orders. I’ll see if that works for me once my next one finishes in a few days thanks
Just an update..going on 3 weeks since my submission arrived at fanatics for the CGC grading & vault service. Have others had similar experience’s as of late?
Yes, I’ve had two recent submissions take about 3 weeks or slightly less.

Ok thanks! Was just curious because the status was “grading” then this morning it changed to “received”. Not sure why it went back a step or does the status “received” mean that fanatics got the submission back from the CGC graders and it’s complete? Because the sub shows it was originally received Oct 17th
That is quite a bit longer than 24 hours.
Correct! After grading it will go to received when it’s back from the graders. Expect the invoice today or tomorrow worst case
How does that work with Tariff?
Just as an update, my latest batch came in (coincidentally, also exactly 11 business days like others) and I got scans and grades available to view in the vault prior to needing to pay the invoice. Don’t really quite remember what prior batches were like though. Maybe my batches are too small and low value that they just let me seen them before paying haha.

Does anyone have any rough timelines for how long it takes between the parcel being delivered and Fanatics actually putting it into their system? I’m up to 1 week of waiting now, and unsure if this is just normal due to volume or if I did something wrong…
I send from ebay US → fanatics vault fairly often so I’m sure the address and ID etc are all correct, but this is my first time sending to them myself so…
edit: fanatics have spies on e4 because it got entered 15 minutes after this post
