PSAA Auction Database - Best Offer

Apologies, my searches were fruitless on the forum though i’m sure this has been asked before.

Does the PSA Auction Prices Realized report state the Best Offer that was accepted, or is the price listed the starting price so the Best Offer would be below that?

Thank you!

It shows the best offer accepted price, though it didn’t previously, I have seen instances where it shows the listing price not the accepted price. I’m not sure if it’s just for older listings or if it still happens.

If you look here at the PSA 10 sold by numismaticsgmc Feb 2nd 2018 you can see sold price as $200 on a best offer listing.
