I submitted a single card to PSA via Value service level, should I get it back before the 65 days or should I expect it later? (I submitted it in October and it says I should get it around February but it does state it has a 65 turnaround time.)
With PSA, it is always safest to assume later. They have been fairly good recently about getting things back on time, but with the holidays its better to assume the worst
