Is this survey only available for direct PSA members? I have plenty of feedback for these questions but I’m more commonly a secondary rather than a primary PSA customer.
I’m with others who have said that a service to wipe off fingerprints and dust etc is fine but the part about scratches is alarming and would be unacceptable to me. Instead of toying with the ‘if you can’t beat them join them’ concept, PSA needs to invest some resources into identifying and preventing altered cards from passing through grading
Grader notes sounds great, but 7 bucks!? The grader already knows why it gets the grade it got so the cost is there just to keep people from wanting the service it seems.
I also want to know how detailed these notes are. If you pay 7 bucks and get a short response of “off center” for a 8/9 grade it’s gonna piss a lot of people off.
Due to lots of cards coming with grime from nasty eBay sellers shipping direct to PSA on the customers behalf, PSA saw a simple wipe down as a good offering
