Can anyone tell me the process of which PSA regards certain cards to be graded or not.
I’ve asked them directly if they grade this specific Korean Mew card back in Oct 2020 and showed them the official release of these when I obtained these, which they told me they don’t grade any modern except english/japanese.
Has the rules changed, I see that they now have graded this specific card and cards specifically Charizards from the Korean Shiny Star V, Ultra GX from 2019. They don’t have any korean sets from 2018 however. Appreciate the responses.
