PSA Mislabel?

I saw this ended recently and noticed it is the stamped Charizard from the Battle Academy box. Is this a mislabel by PSA/submitter?

It looks like they recognize it?

When something like this happens — if you send it back, will it be regraded before a re-slab? Risk losing the 10?

It’s not uncommon for PSA to make mistakes like this. I have maybe 5-10 mislabels myself. I haven’t bothered to send any in because honestly I can’t be bothered. They will take it in for relabelling if you contact them and you wouldn’t lose the grade
