Quick question.
Looking at ebay and the PSA pop report I see that there are only 1st edition base set foreign cards graded (Spanish, German, Italian…). PSA doesn’t grade foreign sets like for example 1st edition rocket Italian or just base set Italian (non 1st edition)?
They only grade Base Set in other languages than Japanese and English,
