PSA/DNA Question

The other day I received my card back and everything appears to be fine with it (Can’t believe it came back authentic cause I sent the card and a letter to the player during spring training through the mail and got it back!!) except that the card doesn’t seem to be snug in the case.

This is my first time using PSA/DNA and I’ve only sent one other card to PSA for grading but the 15 or so other PSA cards (Pokemon and Sports) I have bought the cards all fit snugly in the case with very little movement if any at all. Now I don’t plan on throwing the card around the room daily but the card moves around in the case way more than what I have seen on my other cards. In the picture you can see the space on the top and right sides of the card between the holders.

Would this be something to email PSA about? Would they re-case the card or something so that the case is a better fit? Could the card not fitting the case eventually cause damage to the card?

I wasn’t really interested in getting the card graded because it’s in great shape, but just to get it authenticated cause this dudes autographed card prices are crazy expensive and this will most likely the only one I will ever have. Also just checked on the website that this card is currently population 1 which is pretty cool, but saw that it says Card Grade: NO: Authentic but shows the autograph as authentic. Did I mess up and not also get the card authenticated cause I thought that was part of the whole thing? Was that an option I missed?

Thanks for any help!

I’m too old to follow and understand all that stuff you wrote but I caught the part where you thought the case might hurt the card. This I can say, the card will not be damaged in that case, unless you put it in a paint mixer. Even then, it’ll be fine.

Lol (Which means Laugh Out Loud and not Lots of Love), yes that was the main part of it and what I was worried about. Just thought it was weird the card has more movement in the case than the others I have and thought it was something with PSA/DNA cause they made it seem like it was a separate thing from regular PSA grading. Will keep all paint mixers away from it! Thanks for the help!
