The bulba article implies it’s not necessarily rare. Just quite obscure by the sounds of it. Might be difficult to find but nothing indicating anyone will ask more than 10 bucks for it.

I have one and am working on a deal on selling a couple cards, was checking i wasnt selling something off that was going to be worth a lot in the end. Just like that super rare jigglypuff holo promo and other obscure rsrities.
