PSA’s pop report on the L1 set claims that 2 #029, 2 #030 and 1 #031 cards have been graded without being 1st Edition: www.psacard.com/pop/tcg-cards/2009/pokemon-japanese-soulsilver-collection/101511.

1 year and 4 months later PSA has now supposedly graded 4 more unlimited SoulSilver Collection #031 Pichus…

Japan International Trade listed 2 for sale today. Both are simply mislabelled by PSA (#44116270 and #44116271):

I wish PSA paid attention to the cards they grade.
