Price Check Regular Legendary Collection Set

Hello everybody,
i’m trying to understand how much it goes today the regular Legendary Collection Set (not graded).
I have one and i would like to estimate an actual price nowadays.

Condition Near Mint/Mint. There are no cards under this condition.
Just the 110 cards (Without 4 Box Toppers
and 3 Non Holo Theme Deck Cards)

I’ve checked sold listings but i couldn’t find anything useful to my research. The only one thing I found is a current Buy it Now at $ 1295 but it has some reverse inside. Then i found complete reverse holo sets for sale but they aren’t useful to my doubt.

If someone of you guys can help me, it would be really appreciated.

I would say in the $300-500 range. Unfortunately, reverse holos are way more popular but you still have some good value here.

Thank you man, your opinion is really appreciated. I thought a bit more in a first calculation.
I based my other research by taking the sold prices of every holo compared with mine (so same condition), calculated the common/uncommon cards and non-holo rares.

In consideration that i also found a near mint/mint charizard went for 90/115 usd (sold) it let me to do the work above.

Maybe it could be that there is no interest in the regular set so it decreases my math work lol.
If someone can correct what i said it will be very welcome. I’m opened to every opinion.

I did value the Charizard at about $80-100. $10-20 every other holo which takes the total to $260-460.

How much did you value the non holos? I estimated $40 on a full set.

Only 40 on the non holos? Ouch. Surely the rarity of the set itself would lead to a bit more than this. The rares alone are worth more than 40 bucks I think and there are a lot of rares.

I valued the holos in a range of 10 and 25 the holos (there are cheap ones like Muk, Persian and the expensive ones like Venusaur, Dark Vaporeon etc…)

There are 19 non holos rares and i would value them from 3.5 to 8-9 (same thing above, cheap cards like Butterfree, costly cards like Mewtwo)

Then there are 72 commons and uncommons maybe 1 buck each?

That’s why my calculation is different than yours. I would like to know if someone else agrees my theory or not.

There are no cards that would be under a PSA 8 if they were PSA graded.

So maybe I lowballed the non holos slightly, but they still range anywhere from $0.25 to $3. Not sure where you’re seeing $9 rares. Some holos don’t even earn that.

A buck each on the commons and uncommons is definitely too high for raw ~8s. Half that is still above market for NM from big stores.

Okay. I just defined a limit grade they could get. I’d never say a BIG 9 or even a 10 because even if they get out straight from the pack it’s not sure. The average condition is booster pack condition, that’s why i said Near Mint/Mint. Anyway i’m here to have your opinion so everyone of you can be helpful :blush:

@poken00b88, maybe you’re right i confused the psa 9 mewtwo went for 20. The average price is 4.75 to 6/7 something

I have bought many of these sets, several in mint condition. Prices range anywhere from $300-$500 as mentioned already. Sit long enough and have very good pictures of the Holos and you could maybe get $500. In auction I would think closer to $300-$400.
