Price check 2002 Mcdonald's Pikachu

I’ve been offered the 2002 Mcdonald’s Pikachu #10 IN PSA 10 for $335 and by doing my own research I can’t see any sales above $250. I may be missing some sales data and I hope somebody can fill in the gaps if they’re there. My only doubt about this price point is it’s PSA 10 ratio being around 80% (245/298). So is $335 around market value?

Hi, I’m UK based so I’m preferably looking to buy from here to avoid import tax if possible. I used the price equivalency in dollars as it’s more universal to the hobby. Thanks for the help.
