PSA POP report states 3, but i’m pretty sure this is POP 1 with NO DOT, and since we (norwegian collectors) lost our fight with PSA regarding reconizing the card as a Norwegian card, PSA has now stop grading the NO DOT card at all, so will not be any more i would think. They want a written statement from Pokemon Company, that the card was printed for Norway, before they will grade it, and I have given up finding any at Pokemon Company that can. You are correct there! A 9 is the best you can get, same goes for the Pika (no confirmed real glossy 1996 coro PSA 10s)

I managed to grade this one recently which is pop 1 as of now

Won this PSA pop 1 drifloon last week. As I’ve mentioned most drifloon cards are under 10 in the PSA pop any way you slice it but I was very surprised to find that this specific art, in English, is completely (SO FAR) pop 1 for any grade with PSA. No reverse holo copies have been graded with PSA, no copies in higher or lower grades either. Just my lil’ PSA 9 will report back on Japanese copies

Probably something completely different and most of you haven’t heard about it yet. Pokémon Power #1 - the very first US appearance of Ash & Pikachu or the Pokémon franchise. For me, this is one of the true cornerstones of Western Pokémon history, from before the games, anime, and TCG took over the world. Pop 2, with none graded higher.
