Are those decks the same V Starter Decks that were released in July? Or is it a new similar looking deck (and thus also a new Pikachu V card I should be looking out for)?

I am still interested to get my hands on that keychain Pikachu V card somehow, though. Thanks for the info. :blush:

Hey there,
those should be the normal V Starter Decks from July, as the poster mentions in the lower part that they are already on sale with good reviews (好評発売).
There also will be a second part of the campaign starting on January 22. I guess that the only difference will be three other clear files to get.

The V Starter Decks are a randomly bonus which can be get out of the capsules of the gachapon vending machines (if you win, you will find a littler paper notice in the capsule stating あたり which you can convert into a random V Starter Deck at the cash desk of the restaurant).
