Just an FYI, some of the prices you showcase aren’t accurate because they were sold via ‘best offer.’ You can use Chrome addons like SlabWatch to see the actual price.
And it’s also sometimes impossible to see the actual sold price because sellers can send offers to buyers and the sale won’t register as “best offer accepted.”
