Does anybody have a price point as to the value of this card?

I saw that a PSA 10 Togepi recently sold for about $3000. I’m been having a very difficult time valuing this card as I haven’t seen any available.

Last two copies sold for about $2500, that was right before the big price boom. One was through PWCC, and one from an Australian seller on eBay.
