Also the (x2) by one of the EXRS packs was meant as a double hit, not two separate packs, sorry! - The pack order was different; Mewtwo EX was the 6th card and Sceptile was the 8th card in pack order. From what I’ve seen on youtube and IG it seems like one entire print run had this pull rate change.

Opened a 2004 Fire Red leaf green, it was listed as a heavy, (17.61g) got a holo ex zapdos and a reverse holo dodrio.

Opened neo Genesis packs. 21.05g contained typholosion alt (17) holo. 21.22g contained heracross holo. Friend opened 21.00g, no holo.
Also opened b&w dragons exalted, 19.95g contained holo ninetails.
