Can someone please give me some more info on these?

If I’m correct, they are Unl. Japanese Ruby & Sapphire packs, but I’m not sure and I don’t want to buy some random promo crap.
The auction ends in 2 hours, so I need answers quick.

There not pokemon cards they are cards for the GBA e-reader.
