As I got a PM about this, it is not me.
Carry on!

Has won 6 of my listings on ebay, then received them / relisted them for sale at a higher price on the same platform. When they did not sell for him, he elected to open fraudulent returns claiming that 3 of the PSA cases had cracked in transit (they had not, and were sent back to me fine after approving the return), and claiming that the item was not as described for the other 3. Images attached in the return request were the same cert number as the images from his listings that he cancelled.

The name on his account is Dustin Looper from Sheridan Wyoming. I’d prefer to not post his address, but anyone around that area should be aware that his behavior speaks volumes about his character and anyone considering transactions with him should proceed with caution. From my experiences with him, he will not be afraid to take advantage of a situation if it is in his best interests.
tnols is upset that I returned several items. I posted links to a couple images of the pikachus ebay case that tnols never posted. As you can see the reason for return has nothing to do with “being cracked”. Tnols claims to have received the returns on Sept.1. According to eBay the returns were not shipped until Sept 3rd. On a final note, tnols claims in his original post that the cards were “sent back fine”. In his ebay case he claims they were not in the same condition as sent. No scam ever occurred. Only a return because tnols made duplicate listings using the same pic for each item.

This was the most difficult return experience I have had on eBay.
So you returned the cards because the cert number didn’t match what was pictured? It was still the same card, right?
Why did you try to sell these and then ask for a return?

You said This was the most difficult return experience I have had on eBay. He’s not the only one who’s had trouble with you. I havent returned anything in 20 years. You seem to make a habit of it. Oh, and why list them for sale for higher prices but if they don’t sell you return them?
