I Preordered from Poke Around The World Eevee Hero’s The Special Set, VMAX Set & a Booster Box on March 7th for a total $485. I had place 3 orders with them in the past and I had no issues at all. I spoke With the owner Pat on May 14th to make sure everything was going to come in and he assured me that it would ship out the first week of June. Well I have not heard anything and I have sent emails & text messages every day for three weeks. I just can’t believe that they wouldn’t at least reply and say they were sorry or something. I really want the products I ordered but I assume they did not get them. I would be happy with a refund at this point. I was going to do a charge back on the credit card I paid with but I no longer have the card I cancelled the bank account it was attached to last month. So what can I do? Is there someone I can report this to? Any help would be very appreciated!!
Perhaps there was a chargeback since the bank account was cancelled and they stopped communication with you.
There was not I used another account to purchase the booster box and that has not been charged back. Thank you for your reply!!
