Not to my knowledge. It’s just very suspicious since all other middlemen sites I’ve seen have received theirs, shipped out all preorders and have even sold out of the excess copies they ordered for their online stores.
Like OP said, these had a first week of December ship date from Pokemon to everyone who preordered. To say that they still haven’t shipped them to the middlemen almost a month later is very odd.
I pre-ordered through an ebay seller and still haven’t received it. I pre-ordered a couple days after it was announced. About a week after i bought it the seller put it as shipped even though it wasn’t released yet. Sent 2 messages asking fro any info then I opened a request on December 23rd. Since he said it was shipped two months prior i didn’t have buyers protection through ebay. Then the seller finally responded saying it was going to ship but I would have to close the request or get a refund. Since the prices jumped so much I closed the request and since then I still haven’t gotten it. Rip
