Hey,
I stumbled across a few loose rare cards at a local hobby shop today. The cards were honestly not worthy of being graded a 7/8. The old me would have spent the money to buy them all just for the heat of the moment. But this time I walked away. And it felt good.
Moral of the story is (well at least for myself experience in collecting ) is that you need to be patient and you need to learn when not to buy.
But then again, 3 years ago I purchased my first Shadowless Zard psa 9 for $525 on eBay and now look where it is … again not each card inflates the way Mint Shadowless cards do. I use Shadowless cards because it’s the cards that I know. Stick to what you know. Know what you know , and know what you don’t know

Know what you know , and be aware of what you might not know.
Just because you feel it, doesn’t mean it’s there.
