I bought this years ago off eBay. I don’t really know much about it though. Has sealed packs and starter deck. Where were these distributed? Any other info? Thanks again! 
This was a promotional item given to the stores that promoted the game in the very beginning. Not only Toys R Us but they were given a majority of them. This was to allow the stores the opportunity to give it a shot and get up to speed. There have been a few that were sealed that hit eBay, but unsealed unfortunately it would hold value just over market for the items inside, perhaps closer to market as the boosters could have been weighed. Factory sealed its worth a pretty penny.

Weird that this was given to stores that promoted in the beginning… those packs look like older versions of the artwork.
