I do think there’s a bubble in some sets and cards (looking at ES and Moonbreon), but there are also opportunities for appreciation in sets that are not as popular now. Battle Styles gets panned a lot but it has some decent alt arts. Astral Radiance contains a lot of artwork from Legends Arceus, which has a considerable fanbase and decent sales. Because of massive printing I don’t think it will appreciate like older sets, but people memed Steam Siege for a long time for the same reason, and it still went up 2x.
Fair enough! Sorry i just thought it was being used as an investment vehicle. I see a lot of modern sealed hate, i think modern sealed “investing” can be done though just takes some strong stomachs and very optimized purchases
