Another marketplace I can now highly recommend after having stumbled upon it in my search for Pokémon Battle Revolution versions is Vendora for Greece. The site is completely translated to English and many listings have built in international shipping (at least in the EU) for reasonable prices, so it’s definitely worth taking a look there if you are for instance searching for certain non TCG items from the 2000s released in the region.
