One Piece - How can you spot a reseal?

Curious if anyone else is buying OP but I’m looking to invest at the high (smart $ moves) and pick up a couple Blue Bottom OP Boxes.

Just curious if of anyone has some experience on what to look out for in terms of a reseal etc?
