Old Japanese sets that contain a holo in every pack?

Which older Japanese sets contain a holo in every pack? I thought neo genesis did, but I just found out that it has a bunch of rares. Do rares and holos in that set share the same slot?

Edit: I found out that neo genesis does contain a holo in every pack, as well as a rare. I was mislead by a listing that says “a Holo or Rare (non-holo) card in each pack!” (the listing actually has the “or” underlined).

DPT era also had holos in every pack.

Fossil, Jungle, Rocket, Neo 1-4. I would assume the Gym sets too but I don’t know it as fact.

Believe its everything except Base and BW-SM that has guaranteed holos.
