Oddity I've Never Seen Before-Any Ideas

While going through all my foreign starters and themes I found something very unusual. Look at the two French Zap decks below and you’ll notice one has a shiny pikachu sticker UNDER the cello wrap. You can tell it’s a sticker by the feel under the wrap.
The wraps are identical with exact same seal placements…not rewrapped.

Any ideas on what this is all about? Ever seen it before?

Yeah I’ve seen these stickered ones aggggggeeeesss ago online. Just normally priced. There might be some good markup now as it’s quite scarce. But yeah, not sure If the pulls Are the same etc.

I had a Spanish Starter Deck that had a sticker on it. Bought from Toys R Us in Mallorca as a kid.

I know that the European cards where printed in Belgium by Cartamundi and were reprinted in the UK because they sold out so fast. Maybe that’s why there’s 2 versions? What does the back say about “Printed in …”?
