Niche Rayquaza Cards (NEED INFO)

Hello! I am trying to masterset every Unique Rayquaza Art (Every English plus any exclusive art or stamps in other languages.) I am trying to make a full binder for this as well and make it michi method. I want to have lots of text documenting where certain promos came from and whatnot including picutres as well but I am having trouble finding information on some of these cards. I will list a picture of each card Im trying to find more info on and if anyone has details or photos or anything that would be super helpful!

More info on this pokepark rayquaza would be great. I know it was given to those who rode a specific ride at pokepark but no ohter info. Is there any artist info or more details anyone knows?

I know this is a meiji promo but does anyone know what product it came in or have any pictures?

I found this blurb about it but is there any more details? “Was supposed to be issued during the 2019-20 Korean League Season 2 stamp exchange, but was never held due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Later issued in the Dream Science Reading feat. Pokémon Vol. 4 magazine with a DSR stamp.”

theres two version of this card 1 with a vertical holo and one with a diagonal holo. What do each come from that separate the versions?

same with this card there is 6 other card siwht this stamp but what were the requirements to get one of them? the otehr cards with the same stamp are m blaiziken ex, swampert ex, mega turbo, and the 1st,2nd and 3rd place rings

Card 1: Illustrator is Kouki Saito, In Japan, this card was given to people who rode the *Twister: Fury in the Sky attraction at PokePark

This one came in the Pokepark blue premium file that was given to visitors in 2005 i believe

The shiny Korean Rayquaza (190/xy-p) came as an insert from this blister:

I don’t know any more about it. It was probably just a regular shelf item is my guess, especially because the promo itself is pretty easy to find even on ebay, but I could be wrong. This was the only pic I could find from a quick search. I think I have a higher res saved somewhere on my phone; I’ll edit it in later if I find it.

And as a note, it has a sheen holo on the art only compared to the cracked ice holo across the entire card on the Japanese print.

This one came from the keldeo/rayquaza battle decks i believe i ccnt remember which foil came from which

The non-holo version of this came from POP Series 1 booster packs and the holo came in a blister (English only). The holo version is much more common as a result.

This card also exists in Traditional Chinese as an extremely rare promo handed out at Poképark Taiwan.

So the Korean Rayquaza EX with the Team Battle Stamp was given out in 2015 to those who participated in the Team Battle Tournament in Korea and got 3 victories.

There are actually two different holo versions, ©2004 vs ©2006. I’m not entirely sure, but I think the blister you posted contains the 2004 version, and this blister the 2006:

On Bulbapedia they also mention the Cosmos Holo Rayquaza comes from two different blisters: EX Holon Phantoms Blisters and Rayquaza Blister Packs.

my suspicion is that there is no “artist” to credit, but rather these cards were illustrated in-house similar to movie promos like this registeel (i could be totally wrong, but that’s my guess)

as for the 009/009 rayquaza, the artwork is a crop from the overall file that Saitou drew

Another lesser known site for Japanese Promos in particular is this one (Pokeboon)
It has release information, marketplace search links, but my favourite part is under the “reports and records” section. Will show you old blog post links from when the card was released.
