Bit of boring backstory first, I’ve always been a fan of Pokemon in general but I never got into collecting cards since getting them in my country was (and still is) incredibly expensive. I don’t know if “retail price” is a thing here anymore or if the cards are still being officially sold- So the only cards I have are from a few collection boxes my parents gifted to me in Brazil years ago (in portuguese, naturally).
Porygon-Z has been my favorite Pokemon for a while, and I’ve always wanted to start a collection but the monetary aspect of it scared me quite a bit. But recently I’ve been buying a lot of collectables from all over the world so I really have no excuse now lol.
Now, I know I’m missing the Team Rocket Porygon-Z from Destined Rivals lol I kinda just forgot about it, I’ll make a new image at some point but I want to get feedback first

As you can tell, I’m trying to collect every english and japanese Porygon-Z, including any variants. The wording on some stuff may be a bit off since I truly am very new to collecting cards and there was A LOT of terminology I had no idea about. I have to keep adding if cards are supposed to be holos or not because I get a bit confused looking at all the listings, especially with the reverses…
Something I don’t care that much about is cards where the only difference is simply a different code or number (like in re-releases, I think), but I’ll probably end up collecting them anyways lol, so if somebody knows any cases of this ocurring with Porygon-z i’d be thankful to know about them! I think the jp Unbroken Bonds porygon-z had a reprint on Tag All Stars, and the jp Chilling Reign card had a reprint on a starter deck collection? That’s what I have written down at least. I’m grateful for any help I can get for my future collection:) In the distant future I’d love to collect all languages, but it’s definitely a more intimidating endeavor.

I did a quick glance at some things (mostly to see if any stamped Japanese cards were missing, but they’re all there
), and the list looks good so far. One weird thing I ran into, though, is that the Burning Shadows promo seems to have a yellow border in the USA release as a blister promo, but the image in there looks to be English but has a holo border? Don’t know if that’s an international release or something or a non-real card.
Anyways, good luck with the collection!

Aah, thank you very much!! I’m glad to see I haven’t missed anything.
That is indeed weird, but after looking up a bunch of images of the card online I think what happened is the site I got the image from was using the TCG Pocket version of it! I don’t play the game but I assume cards there don’t use the yellow border. I was excited about a possible variant for a second lol.
Thank you very much though! Thankfully for me none of these cards seem particularly super expensive, I’m glad to be able to build a collection of my favorite pokemon that doesn’t break the bank lol.

I believe there may be several stamped Porygon Z promos in Japanese that you don’t have on here (but I’m not sure to be honest). You can find them on pokumon.com.
As for English, I believe that there is a non holo version of the Great encounters art

Holy!! How did I miss that great encounters non-holo? That’s awesome, thank you so much for letting me know! I’ll add them right now.
For the promos I looked through the site and didn’t see any that I was missing here, but I will double and triple check just in case. Some promos are listed kinda weirdly on this image so I may remake it altogether.

Just in case you didn’t know, this website is a great start to making a full list. When you click on the set, check the “other cards” section for unique deck variants or play promos

Good point- I did end up using bulbapedia alongside other sites but I guess since it was the first card I started with I ended up missing it:p
I think I’m not missing any more cards now, although I wouldn’t complain if there were more out there. I’ll worry about other languages in the future…
I don’t know if this information will be useful to anybody out there, but I corrected many things on the original image and I wanted to post it here too for posterity’s sake!
Maybe there’s still a small error somewhere about a card’s number or something but hopefully it shouldn’t be anything too major…

a bit off topic here. But since you mentioned brazil. You could become really popular here if you help people source cards from Brazil. Species collectors often have a very hard time of sourcing portuguese which ironically, aren’t printed for portugal, but only in brazil.
That said, good luck on porygon Z. I have a great love of the digital duck in all its forms.

Oh, I’m not Brazilian myself haha. I’m from Argentina, but we go to Brazil for vacation every other year or so, so I get the chance to buy some products for mrsp once in a while.
Sadly yeah, I’m very aware of the struggle, I’m also going through it right now lol. Since the countries are close together I’m at least able to get maybe a few modern portuguese cards here and there but it’s still not easy. Also, sadly a big issue when it comes to helping people buy cards from around here is that shipping outside the country is very expensive, at least here in Argentina, not sure if it’s cheaper in Brazil. If I ever get some sort of contact in Brazil that would down for it I’ll definitely make a post here though!
And thank you! I love them lots too, maybe one day I’ll attempt a master set of the other 2:p
