i dont understand what all that is should i print that and take it to the post office in the uk but i dont think they will understand it how should i prossed to be able to get my money back
That is a tenso address. You can ask the person to give you the English address. Tenso has a English/Japanese interface so he just needs to switch to the English interface on the websiteand he can copy paste the English address for you.
According to google translate: Gotenyama Trust Tower 6F 4-7-35 Kitashinagawa Shinagawa-ku, 140-0001 Tokyo
I assume you bought this through Buyee? That was the Japanese address I remember being given when I opened a PayPal case for something I bought too. I think you can double check on Tenso’s Enlish website just to make sure.
You edited your post, but you’re right, Buyee might frown upon people opening PayPal cases against them. In my case, they banned me from the site about a week after I opened the PayPal case, but after some arguing with them, they agreed to unban my account. Maybe OP contacted them first and they weren’t very helpful.
Yeah, I posted something, but then decided I didn’t want to have the potential argument of people not realizing what services a forwarding service provides are. Since you semi quoted me I guess I might as well re-post it.
Since you didn’t complain about bad packaging I am assuming that the packaging was fine for my comment, if not, then I agree with you opening the claim.
Forwarding services are only offering to buy a product for you, they are not offering condition guarantees. You as the buyer are supposed to be taking that risk. You want access to Yahoo Auctions and other sites and the cheap prices, you also have to take the risks associated with it.
patriotsfan117 As for them not being helpful, people on these forums have the wrong mindset as they are used to eBay/PayPal. Yahoo is “too bad, so sad” if you buy something no as described and the seller won’t refund. It might not be the forwarder being unhelpful but the way the system is here in Japan.
patriotsfan117 I was also going to ask you if they banned you or not.
Ask your post office if this is ok. Since I got quoted I thought I better post the right one. I didn’t post Japan at the bottom and it was at the top of the first one.

@kanagawacards You’re right, it definitely is a different experience than buying on eBay. The good thing is now, they apparently inspect the packages first at the warehouse before forwarding to the buyer, so hopefully it eliminates the PayPal cases.
I think there is and will be an increasing amount of condition fraud on Yahoo. Everyone knows overseas bidders are buying up more and more of the high end collectibles for certain categories. If they are now inspecting packages it confirms there must be more problems now.
For example, in the OP case to receive items, assuming cards, as bad as he made them sound isn’t normal for Yahoo. I wouldn’t expect a refund from the seller unless they made a mistake reusing a template and admit to it.
amazing thank you yes brought through buyeee done it quite abit and had quite and few turn up beautygoods as nm before which i didnt mind but he had pictures front and back of the 3 cards and beauty goods thought i might as well give it a shot and turns out one of the cards has a big crease in it and the packing was very good so wasnt like it was in transit just a bad seller i think or a mistake
never asked for a refund on there before either but used front and back photos and says beautiful goods as i said on my post before i dont mind it being a little worst than what they say eg totaly 10 out of 10 andit comes to me an 8 but if i thhink its a 9 out of 10 and comes back like a 4 or 5 (with photos) i dont mind sending the cards back extra but abit unfair but thanks for all your help and thanks for the discussing as well nice spin on things i will use the address above
