Very awesome! In case you wanted to know more, there arent many official details about them and they have no product barcode, but there are several languages they were printed in (with packs being first editions for those languages). My guess based on the stories Ive been told and evidence of product included is that they were made to promote the TCG expanding beyond america and japan mid-to-late '99 and presented during a product convention in Europe. This was before UK print runs but after they had begun at least French and German runs (Ive seen this product in those languages and I think spanish). English versions had normal US cards packed since they already had them but the other languages had packs from their newly printed runs.

Dang that’s awesome! One of my first posts on efour was asking for more info on this product. I remember finding it on eBay from a seller I had bought a bunch of packs from.

Solid collection dude! Looks great

I have the booklet. Here is what the decal looks like.

I actually found a website that shared what is inside, and a YouTube video.

Thanks for the video! The english box inserts are the same only with english translations but im surprised the italian packs weren’t first edition. I was fairly certain all the non-english versions had come with 1st edition packs but maybe that was only for specific languages and they used whatever they had in stock.

They aren’t just Italian Unlimited, they are the Made In USA short crimp variants which is very interesting. They are incredibly rare usually since they were typically all made in Belgium and have long crimps.

I still have yet to get anyone to explain what they are. Spanish ones are actually the most common, but the other 4 are almost non-existent.

Here is the normal one:

@lyleberr Have you ever come across the Thunderstorm Gift Box in Dutch?

I dont believe i have. Its been a while since i checked but i remember seeing it in spanish, german, and french. Any of the Non-english boxes rarely show up but you can find a few of the cd’s that were normally included in this giftbox around ebay and specifically this is one in Dutch. I dont know how it was distributed but i have asked a couple sellers if they have anymore information.

Thank you for checking. Trying to source any versions of them so we can finally photograph some of the missing cards from the Dutch Unlimited set. Obviously I’m grasping for anything if I am hunting down decks this old. Thanks again.

The cd roms may not run without needing to boot on win95/98 but you may try searching the fourum to see if anyone has a breakdown of what is listed on the cd. There may be digital versions of the cards since it has a deckbuilder guide.

Just a thought that may be a partial step towards finding proof of them in dutch. But again, youd want to verify the cd’s contents before buying.
