Yes, but vending series has a rarity mark and while that may apply to Mewtwo it’s been showed already that other than the corocoro card there was 2 vending series prints with the Masaki sheet and regular vending sheet. This however does not apply to Poliwrath that I have because it has no rarity mark and could not have came from a vending sheet and it’s varriances are different than that of the red/green starter of which I own 4 sets.
