As some know I am in search of a Neo Gen Lugia and I have come across this one in an auction block but it has that MBA Sticker on it which to my knowledge means it has more eye appeal. Now I know Lugia has print lines and scratches on the holo usually even on psa 9 grades but this silver sticker is suppose to show that the card has better eye appeal than some other psa 9 grades and looking at the pics below … I’m just not so sure about that. Maybe it’s on the case ? What do we think ?

That’s a positive way at looking at those scuffs for sure haha I ll keep my eye on it and see where it goes to , I do think the sticker alone will bring this one up to a higher bidding price as many tend to buy the grade not the card now a days

This specific copy looks pretty bad to me. I would not bid. In my opinion, MBA stickers are useless.

Yeah i would say dont bid. those scratches arent long deep scratches, but those are ones thatll 100% be obvious when theyre at an angle on display in lighting. i would say no go on this one

My first question would be: why are we legitimizing a market for an ex-grader’s opinion of a current grade? It just seems like a money grab to me. If you just grading and its process, just buy a regular slab. No need to pay more for that dude’s opinion on another graded card.
