In the article you mentioned about “partially non holo cards” existing in b2. However, the white layer error I have never seen in b2 before. Does anyone have a photo as an example?
Additionally, I posted a recent photo in the show your error thread that cgc recognized that may be worth a speculative add to the growing list.

Does anyone know if the red dot blastoise is more or less rare than the no stage? I imagine it has to be less rare but I have found 3 no stages and only one red dot

Hi, what kind of “error” is this? looks like an interruption of reverse holo. I didnt find something similar.
That’s a print line, unfortunately pretty common for EX era holos
