As some know I’m looking for a scroll in a psa 9 I offered 5k, do you all know a price range for an 8 as I want to expand my search to include the psa 8
Whatever they want really. You’re unlikely to find one since there’s only 4 in the pop report.

It’s a card that is too rare to have one price per grade. You can use the last sale price as a metric, but the card isn’t available enough to establish a consistent “market value”.
For example, your Psa 9 offer isn’t bad, the card is simply so rare no one currently wants to sell at that price. I think there were in total 3-4 sealed/ungraded copies that sold in the past couple years.

It’s pop 4 and I personally do not recall ever seeing one sell. There is not much to go off of, you’ll be the one establishing a price. Technically if the handful of people that hold a PSA 8 would not accept anything under $10k then it would actually be cheaper to buy the 9. Personally I would shave off 1k or 2 from the PSA 9 offer to see if there are any bites
