It sounds strange but I’m looking to collect a few hundred Base Set and Base Set 2 Weedles for a wedding gift for a friend. One of my best friends is getting married in August of 2018 and in addition to a real gift, I plan on buying a nice binder and filling it with only wrestle from Base Set. It’s an inside joke we had when we were college roommates. He used to be a very good TCG competitor, once ranked 4th in Wisconsin and he taught me how to play the game. I’ve been planning to do something with Weedle for years, but never knew what to do. So anyway…
I’m willing to buy in bulk, but for relatively cheap. Otherwise, if anyone wants to donate some spare Weedles, let me know!
Looking for at least 200 total, but probably no more than 400. Condition can be variable, as long as it’s not totally destroyed.
Lol, I like this idea - I don’t know what the minimum quantity would be to make it worth buying, but I can check how many I have later to see if I can help.
I sold several hundred base unlimited weedles as part of a giant lot to somebody here on the forum but you may have scared him off when you said " relatively cheap". A specialized request like that demands a big premium normally.

If you don’t manage to strike a deal with a member that has a stockpile of base bulk, places like troll & toad have like 93 Unlimited, 60 Shadowless and 42 Base 2.
Well, given that they are common Weedles, I don’t think I could justify anything other than relatively cheap. Unless you’re referring to the work it might take to sort through bulk for it, but I’m not expecting to get hundreds of them from one source. Thanks for the luck though!
My minimum would probably be a dozen or two. Let me know what you have!
I’ve got right around that amount - 21 total (18 from Base Set, 3 from Base 2). And if it’s just that particular art you need, I’m sure I have a few from Legendary Collection or even Evolutions too.
I might consider the Evolutions version, actually. Forgot about that one. I’d rather stick to the originals if possible, though. Legendary Collection works too.
