How do you store your cards for an eventual PSA-sendoff? ´
Got somewhat near 200+ minty holos incoming in the mail soon im looking to properly store for a future psa-sendoff and im not comfortable storing them in penny sleeves inside a binder.
Penny Sleeve, Card Saver, Team Bag, Cardboard box, Water/Fire proof safe.
That’s for expensive stuff. For anything under $100 I just keep in plastic bins.
I have a few stacks of psa ready cards lying flat in card saver I’'s inside a box somewhere. I feel they are safe there.
Also I penny slevee all of my NM “hopefully will increase in price one day” commons, uncommons, and non holo rares and put them in elite trainer boxes.
What maverick said.
If you know they are going to PSA a good option is to just put them in penny sleeves + cardsavers/Semi rigids like mentioned above
Otherwise just pennysleeve + toploader + teambag is also great, or use an ultrapro probinder (As long as it’s not a ringbinder the cards are generally safe) and either double sleeve the cards or put them in deckprotector sleeves + probinder
If you put them in a penny sleeve and cardsaver now, you won’t have to physically handle the cards again for when you eventually submit to PSA. They fit very nicely into the BGS 2 row graded boxes so you could literally use the same method to store PSA cards as you do PSA-Ready cards.
Like mentioned above, maybe something like this?
I personally stored mine in penny sleeves, top loaders and team bags for years before I started grading and I’ve been getting plenty of tens. Honestly the only compulsory item you need is a penny sleeve, the rest is up to you
Cheers for all the help guys, got a bit of ideas rolling in my head now on how to store and prep my cards now!
Can’t beat a white cardboard BCW box. The lids are great for keeping the dust out.
Perfect fit sleeve into an upside down deck sleeve, then into a card saver - I personally bought some tuperware-lunchboxes that I then store the cardsavers in
I personally use the card saver boxes they fit a nice amount in if you have it in 2 front facing rows.
