We know that WotC cards are a lot rarer than modern cards, but some cards are ridiculously rare. It´s about all cards, not just the 10´s. Also, it´s about holo rare cards. Some commons have obviously not been graded a lot for being less popular.
My entry is the Dark Vaporeon (holo) from Legendary Collection; total POP 1087.

Wizards of the Coast era, or actually printed by Wizards of the Coast? For the former, most English Tropical Mega Battle cards have a PSA population of 5. They are nonholo, but the low pop isn’t related to them being unpopular, so I would count them anyway.

Well, I was thinking specifically about main-line sets. I found it interesting that some of these cards with very popular Pokémon have absurdly low numbers.
My pop 1 1st Edition Fossil Gastly. Yes that’s my purchase. Yes I am unwell. Yes I have a thing for 3s especially when they are pop 1.
