LEGO Pokémon coming in 2026

Now if only they had built it to scale for LEGO figures, still miles ahead of their statue sets

I’m a huge Lego fan but I can’t get into these sets. Agree with @zubat that location based sets would have been incredible.

I think the better route would have been to make mini figure scale pokemon and go from there. Imagine releasing CMF series with Pokemon, that would be incredible

These are statues made for adults kids can’t afford any of those, personally I would have preferred play sets instead of adult targeted expensive statues

If you are adamant on spending 200$ on Lego may I suggest the complete set of Toa Mata from 2001

Now that’s something your kids can play with

Just another example that “for the kids” is a joke with Pokémon. Pretty much everything is targeted for adults.

If cards were for kids, the hit rates would always be the same as Japanese special sets

This cannot be ordered separately. Actually pretty cool thing but only as a purchasing gift :frowning:

I picked up the kanto starters. I havent built Legos in years and am looking forward to putting this together with my friends.

I am surprised they went this statue route though and not location based sets. I guess it makes sense when you think about how pokemon are the main draw of the franchise not locations, but there are so many cool places to do!

Totally in love with this. Will keep it sealed though.

Eevee is pretty cute and reasonably priced.

Pikachu is nightmare fuel. Blastoise, Charizard, and Venusaur are neat. These two items are far too expensive.

At least with Lord of the Rings, you get an entire Barad-dûr with inner chambers and minifigs. I would have been so much happier with towns or scenes rather than block statues of Pokemon. Seems like Pokemon has gotten the short stick so far compared to other LEGO collaborations.

Ill wait for the eevee to come down some, and build it at some point.

If the general public keeps buying ugly garbage, the only merchandise we’re ever going to get is ugly garbage.

The only one that looks competent is the Pokemon Center, and I read that you can’t even buy that one. You have to exchange Lego Insider points. Rest is overpriced and destined for the landfill.

Nanoblocks did it better. lol.

I got the trio and the gwp, but passed on the ugly pika and the eevee. I think the trio looks sick. I hope they do some cool pokemon themed sets on the small scale like One Piece.
