Hi Guys, does anyone know, where reprints are announced (either Japanese or English)?
I always come across youtube videos, where people talk about announced reprints, but I can’t find any information about these on Google.

Reprints are generally not communicated to the public. Most people who know that a reprint is coming are those who work closely with distributors. These distributors hear directly from TPCi about orderable pallets and restocks, and they will let their customer base (stores) know.
Here are the distributors that Pokemon works with.
I am not knowledgable about how TPC (Japan) communicates reprints to distributors and stores.

Sometimes the news came from insider or some secret sources, for example; Evolving Skies has totally no reprint since a long time ago. Any Evolving Skies packs you still find in tins or miscellaneous products are old stocks. But no way Pokemon company will jump out and announce or confirm these.

For Japanese, TPC sends order sheet to retailers one to several months before a reprint for them to order their stocks. The order sheet specifies that retailers should not leak any information on the sheet to consumers including key dates, but as we all know leakers will still leak, and influencers such as Carton Knight will immediately post those information on Twitter as soon as they got them:
