Base set fav: So I have plenty of those, but card wise - I have to come out as a HUGE Magneton fan 
It’s one of the only holos I did own as a kid, and I always loved the pokemon for some reason (so I’m always happy to find out it tends to be cheaper than most base holos haha).
As for favorite WOTC, that will be fossil Articuno (non holo). Again - nostalgia. I had that one as a kid too, and clearly remember holding it in my hands at home.
