I thought it was just the personalization of who asked Himeno to sign it?

At this particular event you had to have your name personalized in either Chinese or English.
As a way to work around this, to make the autographs still profitable to sell, people got their initials instead.
Similar to when people get “To Collector”, “To I Choose You”, “To Pikachu”, etc
