Just depends outside of taxes and fees, 55k could be reasonable

There have been offers of $55k here on efour since at least 2019. They never hit.

2003 National Championship Charizard
2003 City Championship Charmander

There is no 2003 nationals Charizard, the card was awarded to players of the 2004 National Championships worldwide taking place in several countries somewere between April-July 2004.
While the original card (design) comes from the EX dragon series who was released end of 2003 this particular card is given out in 2004.
The CC Charmander was awarded from end 2003 until summer 2004. (design is from 2003)
