Japanese Base Starter Deck Box - Premium

Wondering your thoughts on if a sealed box of 10 base starter decks (jpn) would get much, if any, premium compared to just buying/selling individually

See pics below. eBay sales ranging between $625 and $750 or so

Seller wants $7,000. Just not sure if having sealed box provides much premium

Based off of the prices for individual boxes that you provided, the seller does not appear to be asking for much of a premium. That comes out to $700 per box.

Yeah sorry for mis-wording, I’m not really looking to pay market for 10x starter decks. I don’t know much about the product, but if I can end up paying $6k and get premium on a resale for the box still being sealed, I’m just curious if it even brings a premium on the wider market. This was a local listing

Just curious, but if the box is priced according to the individual listings I wouldnt see a seller losing out on 1k, and lowering their offer. Most, if not all sealed items that are out of print will get a premium, but its value should hardly ever be less than that of the individual items that make it up. Im not sure if you were expecting a different answer though. Offer them 6k and see what happens, but finding a seller who wants this may take some time.
